- Open Outlook and click on My Contacts
on the left verticle navigation bar
- On the top navigation bar click on Address Book
- In the window that opens first click on Address Book dropdown menu and select Global Address List, then search for the desired Group Name in the Search box to the left the double click on the desired group name
- Click Modiy Members.. and Add
- Search for the desired user and double-click on the user, making sure it is included below next to the Add button. Click OK when completed.
- Click OK on the Contact Group Membership window and OK again on the Group windows.
Note: If you're adding an external user who is not an employee of the company, please reach out to the Help desk so we can add them so they can be searchable in order to add.
