If you are an owner of an Email Distribution Group, you have the ability to manage who can receive email messages sent to the group from Outlook.
- In the Outlook Ribbon Bar click on the Address Book shortcut
- The Address Book window will open. Click the dropdown under Address Book select Global Address Book
- Click in the Search Box and type in the desired group you wish to modify, pressing the Enter key to start the search
- Double-click on the group to open and click Modify Members
- Click Add and select the desired user from the window, and click OK
Note: If removing users, you can highlight the user in the Contact Group Member window and choose Remove - Click OK on the previous two windows to complete adding the additional members
Note: It's normal for the windows to freeze for a period of time while processing the changes.
